提取条件对绿豆皮叶叶绿素提取效果影响 被引量:2

摘要 为探讨提取条件对绿豆皮叶叶绿素的提取效果,以烘干的绿豆皮叶为原料,以叶绿素含量作为评价指标,通过单因素试验研究提取溶剂、料液比、提取温度、提取时间和提取次数对叶绿素提取效果的影响。结果表明:以95%乙醇为提取溶剂,料液比为l∶5,提取温度50℃,提取时间2 h,叶绿素含量最高。 The article discussed extraction effect of chlorophyll of green bean skin and leaf in different extracting conditions, used dried green bean skin and leaf as raw material, used chlorophyll content as evaluation index, studied influence of extraction solvent, ratio for material and liquid, extracting temperature, extracting time and extracting numbers on chlorophyll extracting by single factor test. The result showed that using 95% ethanol as extraction solvent, ratio for material and liquid 1:5, temperature 50 ℃, extracting time 2h, can get the highest content of chlorophyll.
