In the article, it reviewed and summarized current development status of agricultural science and technology in Liaoning province, analyzed main problems existing in current development, did thinking from related practice, raised feasible development suggestions, in order to provide theoretical reference for speeding up independent innovation of agricultural science and technology in Liaoning province.
