Community education is a new type of education which serves as an effective strategy to promote the development of the economy. And it is also a kind of education reform innovation of American higher education system. The science of American community education concept is composed of opening enrollment, science education balanced; international curriculum science education continuous horizontal extension; composite paradigm, scientific education resource sharing;personalized features, and reveal personality science education.
