业余体校举重运动员的选材 被引量:2

摘要 伴随全球范围内举重运动的流行,适度选材对举重运动的发展来讲极为重要,也引发了体育专家与各层级教练的共同关注。由于选材的关键性以及重要程度,举重运动理应涌现出更多的好苗子。笔者将解析举重运动员的选材影响要素,从初选、筛选的选材计划中,对业余体校举重运动员的选材方略进行阐述。
