摘要
本文建立了电子倍增CCD的调制传递函数模型,利用以色列CI公司的光电测试系统对不同增益条件下电子倍增CCD的调制传递函数进行了测量,分析了电子倍增过程对系统调制传递函数的影响。实验结果表明,当光照充足时,电子倍增CCD的细节分辨力并不会随着增益增加而提高。而在低照度条件下,通过提高电子倍增CCD的倍增增益,改善电荷倍增特性,可以显著改善图像的细节分辨率,提高成像质量。
In this paper the modulation transfer function model of an electron multiplying CCD is built. The measurement of the modulation transfer function is made by Opto-Eletro Testing System of CI Company. The influence of electron multiplying process on the modulation transfer function is analyzed. The experimental results show that the detail resolution of the electron multiplying CCD doesn't increase with the multiplication gain at daylight illumination level. Increasing the gain at low light level condition does help improve the detail resolution and better the image quality.
