水流量装置多泵供水系统流量稳定性控制方法 被引量:7

摘要 提出一种基于水泵转速控制的变频供水系统控制方案,方案中软启泵采用补偿控制,与变频泵采用的反馈控制组成复合控制系统。对多泵供水系统进行实验,测试结果表明:水泵转速稳定性得到明显提高,供水系统的累积时间之间的稳定性优于0.1%。 A pump speed control-based control scheme for the frequency conversion-supported water supply system was proposed, in which, the soft-starting pump adopts the compensation control and the frequency-variable pump employs the feedback control, both of them constitutes a complex control system. Testing the multipump water supply system shows that the pump speed stability has been significantly improved, and the flow stability between accumulated times of the system is better than 0. 1%.
