摘要 介绍了一种新型大功率三相逆变器的设计方案,该设计以C8051F410单片机为核心,利用其内部资源PCA(可编程计数器阵列)产生SPWM(Sinusoidal PWM)波,输出的SPWM波经脉宽时间调整模块和逻辑处理电路处理后,再由逆变电路和正弦滤波器产生失真度很小的高效三相正弦交流电。并且由频率相位模块和反馈测量模块采集输出波形信号,以此对输出三相正弦交流电波形的频率和幅值进行自适应调节。 Designing high-power three-phase inverter was introduced, which has C8051F410 chip cored and its programmable counter array (PCA) used to create SPWM ( Sinusoidal PWM ) waves. The output SPWM wave receives the treatment from both pulse width time-adjusting module and logic processing circuit, and then both inverter circuit and filter unit generates an efficient three-phase sinusoidal alternating current which boasting of less distortion. Both frequency and phase detecting module and feedback measurement module can collect the output waveform signals so as to adaptively adjust the frequency and amplitude of the three-phase sinusoidal alternating current output.
