水飞蓟粕对獭兔盲肠内环境及小肠黏膜形态的影响 被引量:1

摘要 试验随机选择体重相近、性别相同的断奶獭兔120只,随机分为4个处理组,每组30只。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组在基础日粮中分别用25%、50%、75%的水飞蓟粕替代豆粕。试验结果表明:试验组盲肠内环境中p H值有所降低,TVFA的含量有所增加,乳酸杆菌、双歧杆菌的含量有所增加,大肠杆菌数量有所降低,NH3-N浓度虽有增加但与对照组相比差异不显著(P>0.05);小肠黏膜形态中绒毛高度均有所增加,隐窝深度有所降低,绒毛高度/隐窝深度(V/C)增加且与对照组比较差异显著(P<0.05)。综上,C组的水飞蓟粕添加水平最好。 In this experiment, random selection of 120 similar weight, weaned rex rabbits with thesame sex were made and they were randomly divided into 4 treatment groups with 30 rex rabbits ineach group. The control group was fed with the basal diet, while in the experimental group, 25%,50%, 75% milk thistle cake were added respectively instead of soybean meal in basal diet. The test re-sults showed that: the value of p H decreased in the cecum internal environment, the content of TVFAincreased, the content of Lactobacillus, Bifidobacterium have increased, the number of Escherichia co-li decreased, the concentration of NH3-N increased, the C group was the best results, with no signifi-cant difference(P〉0.05) compared with the control group; the height of villus increased, crypt depth re-duces, villus/crypt(V/C) increased in the small intestine, mucosal morphology, compared with the con-trol group(P〈0.05); rex rabbit diarrhea rate reduced, group D included diarrhea rate was the lowest,compared with the control group significantly(P〈0.05). In summary, milk thistle meal addition level inC group was the best.
