摘要
为了解决某公司生产的高强船板表面高温氧化起泡的问题,采用试验室高温氧化的方法对高强船板表面高温氧化起泡的现象进行研究。研究结果表明:高强船板在高温氧化过程中的起泡现象与其较高的碳含量有关;当温度大于950℃时,试样表面才会出现气泡,同时发现光滑的试样表面氧化铁皮气泡现象较轻。
In order to solve problems of high-temperature oxidation blistering in highstrength ship plate surface for a company product,laboratory methods of using hightemperature oxidation was adopted to study the phenomenon of high-temperature oxidation blistering in high-strength ship plate surface.The results indicated that oxidation blistering phenomenon of high strength ship plate was related to its high carbon content.By observing the blistering phenomenon of the sample surface,the blistering of the samples surface was occurred when the temperature was higher than950 ℃,and it was also found that the iron oxide bubble phenomenon was lower on the smooth surface of the samples.
