摘要
为了降低烧结矿生产成本和提高效益,5号高炉通过调整槽下装料顺序,研究小粒度烧结矿使用量和装入方式,将小粒度烧结矿准确布入炉内指定位置,消除其对料柱透气性带来的不利影响,力求炉况稳定顺行。措施实施后,5号高炉小粒度烧结矿使用比例逐步提高,达到6.5%~8.0%,吨铁小粒度烧结矿矿耗80~120kg/t,小粒度烧结矿全部回收利用。
To reduce sinter production cost and improve efficiency,the charging order of raw material bunkers was adjusted on No.5blast furnace.The usage of small-sized sinter and the way of charging was researched in order to eliminate the negative influences on the stock column permeability,and strive to stable furnace condition,the small-sized sinter was accurately distributed into the specified position.After the implementation of above measures,the usage of small-sized sinter was gradually increased on No.5blast furnace,which was up to 6.5 %-8.0 %,and the consumption of small-sized sinter ore was up to 80-120kg/t,then the small-sized sinter was all recycled.
