摘要
为提高拉床拉削过程平稳性,根据拉削负载特点与高频响插装阀特性,设计了一种应用在拉床上的高频响插装式背压阀.以速度信号作为反馈量,在拉削过程中发生"突跳"即拉削速度突增时迅速提高背压,以改善拉削的平稳性,且减少电耗.建立了高频响插装式背压阀仿真模型,采用AMESim软件仿真分析了先导阀频响、阀芯锥角、控制腔面积对高频响插装式背压阀与背压系统动态性能的影响,为其应用提供了理论依据.
In order to improve the stationarity of broaching process, we design one type of high frequency response cartridge counterbalance valve applied in broaching machine according to the characteristic of broaching load and high frequency response cartridge valve. Firstly, we use speed signal as the feedback, and improve the backpressure quickly only when the broaching speed ab- normality increase to improve the stationarity of broaching process and save energy. Secondly, we build a simulation model of high frequency response cartridge counterbalance valve with AMESim software, and validate its performance by simulation. Lastly,we analyze the influence of the pilot valve frequency response, valve core angle, and control cavity area to dynamic property of high frequency response cartridge counterbalance valve, and provide an experimental and theoretical basis for its application.
