摘要
本文对农村成人教育发展现状进行了分析，从依托成人文化技术学校深化社区教育、组建社区教育学院、发展农村职业教育和发展农村成人高等教育四个方面对发展农村成人教育、促进新农村建设进行了探讨，以期为社会主义新农村建设提供理论支持和人才保障。
This article first offers an analysis on the current situation of adult education in the rural areas,and then attempts to have a study on the following aspects regarding farmers’educa-tion： the further promotion of community education and vocational education,the building of community colleges and the develop-ment of adults’higher education.
