冠心病患者血清脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2和hs-CRP的变化及临床意义被引量：4

摘要目的探讨血清脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2(lipoprtein-associated pholipase A2,Lp-PLA2)和超敏C反应蛋白(hypersensitive C-reactive protein,hs-CRP)在冠心病患者中的变化及其临床意义。方法选取2013年4月至2013年6月间在心脑血管病医院就诊的107名患者,其中包括稳定型心绞痛组(stable angina pectoris,SAP)27例、不稳定型心绞痛组(unstable angina pectoris,UAP)29例、急性心肌梗死组(acute myocardial infarction,AIM)26例、对照组25例,采用ELISA法检测血清LP-PLA2水平、乳胶增强比浊法检测血清hs-CRP水平。结果急性心肌梗死、不稳定型心绞痛、稳定性型心绞痛组患者Lp-PLA2、hs-CRP水平均高于对照组(P均<0.05),急性心肌梗死组Lp-PLA2、hs-CRP水平高于不稳定型心绞痛组(P<0.05),不稳定型心绞痛组Lp-PLA2、hs-CRP水平高于稳定型心绞痛组(P<0.05)。结论冠心病患者血清Lp-PLA2、hsCRP水平明显升高,且随病情的加重进一步升高。
