摘要
针对钢丝生产过程中的工艺条件,以0.30 mm冷拉镀黄铜成品钢丝为例,设计不同的试验方案,研究拉拔钢丝扭转性能的影响因素。对于相同直径的钢丝,抗拉强度越高,扭转性能越低;对于相同抗拉强度级别的钢丝,C72DA,C82DA,C92D2材料生产的钢丝扭转性能相近;镀黄铜钢丝的加热时间过长或过短、温度过高或过低,拉拔钢丝的扭转性能降低;不同湿拉工艺拉拔的钢丝扭转性能相近;湿拉成品道次后采用矫直器,可以改善拉拔钢丝的扭转性能;拉拔钢丝在250℃以上温度且1 min以上时间进行回火处理,钢丝的扭转性能明显下降。
Aiming at process condition in the steel wire production process,to take diameter 0. 30 mm cold drawing brass plating finished steel wire as an example,different test schemes were designed to research influencing factor of drawing steel wire torsion performance. For the same diameter steel wire,the higher tensile strength,the lower torsion performance,for the same tensile strength grade steel wire,the steel wire torsion performance produced with material of C72 DA,C82DA,C92D2 is similar. When the time of heat treatment of the brass wire is too long or too short,temperature is too high or too lower,the torsion performances of both drawing wires decreases. The torsion performance of steel wires drawing with different wet drawing process is similar. When the straightener is adopted after the wet drawing process,the torsion performance is improved. When the tempered temperature is upward of 250 ℃ and the tempered treatment time is upward of 1 minute,the torsion performance of the drawing wire declines obviously.
