摘要
建筑卷扬机用钢丝绳主要为点接触钢丝绳,存在钢丝绳承受负荷时钢丝之间的接触应力大,钢丝间的磨损严重,钢丝绳破断拉力系数低等问题。从钢丝绳直径、结构、执行标准等方面阐述建筑卷扬机用钢丝绳的选型特点,钢丝绳直径大小主要取决于其最小破断拉力系数和抗拉强度,钢丝绳结构选择直接影响钢丝绳直径的选择。建筑卷扬机用钢丝绳选型应符合的特征:绳芯为钢芯;线接触结构;优先选用重要用途钢丝绳;钢丝绳直径选择合理。
Steel wire rope for building hoist is mainly pint contact steel wire rope,problems exist such as contact stress big among steel wires when steel wire ropes are under load,steel wires wear seriously,steel wire rope breaking force coefficient is low. The type selection characteristic of steel wire rope for building hoist is expounded from such aspects as steel wire rope diameter,structure and executive standard,steel wire rope diameter depends mainly on its minimum breaking tension coefficient and tensile strength,steel wire rope structure selection affects steel wire rope diameter directly. Type selection of steel wire rope for building hoist should comply with the following characteristics: rope core is steel core,line contact structure is selected,important use steel wire rope is selected firstly,steel wire rope diameter selects reasonably.
