Via analysis and summary of the frequent occurrence of failures in helical conveyor such as air ＆ powder leakage, Strut fracture, blade failure, bearing failure, coat blocking at the ends etc. it points out the significance in manufacturing of spi- ral propeller and the concentricity of the installation. While putting forward some feasible solutions and improvement program for reference of related staffs in the industry.
