摘要 自动络筒机的大吸嘴负责抓引上纱,也就是抓取无结筒纱上的纱头并将其引入捻接器,EJP438型自动络筒机通过凸轮滚子机构控制大吸嘴的抓引动作,长久以来,存在着凸轮滚子受力大、大吸嘴抓引容易停顿等问题。通过运用Solid Works对自动络筒机大吸嘴的整个传动链进行三维建模和运动分析,深入研究凸轮曲线对滚子受力的影响,并应用研究结果对大吸嘴凸轮曲线进行改进。 The large suction nozzle in the automatic spooler is responsible for seizing the lead on the knot- less yarn and introduce it to the splicer , EJP438 automatic spooler adopts the cam mechanism to control the large suction nozzle to realize grasping and introducing actions. For a long time, the cam roller suffers a strong stress while grasping and introducing actions can not be performed smoothly and evenly by the large suction nozzle. With a 3-D modeling and motion analysis of the entire transmission chain of the large suction nozzle in automatic spooler by the use of Solidworks, an in-depth study on the impact on the cam curve to the stress on the roller was conducted. And the cam curve of the large suction nozzle was improved based on the outcome of the application study.
