摘要
通过对核岛主设备堆内构件所用奥氏体不锈钢Z2CN19-10+N2板材进行内部非金属夹杂物成分、类型、组织形貌的研究,分析板材非金属夹杂物的主要来源和在板材内的分布规律,采取有效措施来避免、消除夹杂物对零部件产生的不良影响。
Through an examination on composition, type, tissue morphology of internal non-metallic inclu- sions contained in Z2CN 19-10 + N2 austenitic stainless steel sheet used in reactor components of the nuclear e- quipment and the analysis of the main sources of non-metallic inclusions in the sheet and their regularities of distribution in the sheet, effective measures need to be taken to avoid, and eliminate the adverse effects of inclu- sions to the parts and components.
