摘要
介绍了注浆材料细度、粒度比表面积、胶凝材料需水量、凝结时间及安定性等的测定方法。对新型复合注浆材料从流动度、析水分层时间、初终凝时间、龄期强度、结石体渗透性、SEM分析等方面进行了性能测试与分析,并成功替代了普通硅酸盐水泥进行了大规模应用,经济效益显著。
The experimental analysis of injecting materials was carried out, which included the determinations of fineness, particle size and specific surface area of injecting materials as well as the meas- urements of water requirement, setting time and stability of cementing materials. The performance tests and analysis of new type compound injecting materials were conducted on the fluidity, bleeding and layering time, initial and final setting time, age intensity, permeability of stone body and SEM analysis. The large scale applications of replacing ordinary portland cement with new type injecting materials were made, which achieved remarkable economic benefits.
