摘要
某汽车尾箱支架零件形状结构复杂,包含冲孔、压筋、翻边、弯曲等冲压工艺特征。对该零件的冲压工艺性分析表明,采用级进冲压工艺方案能很好地满足所需尺寸精度及大批量生产需求;根据零件的冲压工艺特点及对排样的排列方式、载体形式和冲制顺序的分析,得到单排、斜排、中间载体的18工位排样图;根据排样图设计和选用凸、凹模结构及模具辅助零件,如斜刃口冲裁凸模、弹簧柱塞式的防止废料上浮装置等,最终完成了模具的总装配。试冲结果表明,所设计的18工位级进模结构合理可靠,产品成形质量好、生产效率高,可以满足大批量生产的需要。
The shape of car rear bracket is complex with the characteristics of punching, embossing, flanging and bending. The analysis of stamping process shows that a progressive stamping process is suitable for large-scale production and can guarantee the dimensional ac- curacy of the part. A nesting design of eighteen-position with single-row, oblique configuration and middle carrier was designed according to the characteristic of the part and the analysis the configuration type, carrier style and manufacture order. Based on the nesting design, punch and die structure of the progressive die and auxiliary structural parts, such as the punch of oblique edge blanking and the device preventing scrap floating using spring plunger, the assembly of the progressive die was completed at last. The result of the actual produc- tion shows that the eighteen-position progressive die is of high quality, structural reliability, and good efficiency, which meets the require- ment of large-scale production.
