基于中国文化改良明尼苏达心力衰竭生存质量量表的条目筛选

Items Screening of Modified Minnesota Cardiac Failure Life Quality Scale Based on Chinese Culture

在明尼苏达心力衰竭生存质量量表(MLHF)21个条目的基础上,加入综合文献和小组专家选出的慢性心力衰竭(心力衰竭)相关中医特色条目16条,形成37个条目的预调查表,选择100例心力衰竭患者进行预调查。在分析总结预调查结果的基础上,再扩大范围征询专家的修订和增补意见,形成包括39个MLHF和中医特色条目的试验调查表的条目池,选择130例心力衰竭患者进行试验调查,经离散趋势法、主观评价法、相关系数法和逐步回归分析法处理,删除相关性较低的条目,初步形成包括28个条目的基于中国文化的改良明尼苏达心力衰竭生存质量量表(C-MLHF)。基于中国文化和中医理论背景,按照国际量表通用的程序化方式研制的符合中国人生活习惯的C-MLHF对我国心力衰竭患者生存质量评价具有更好的适应性。

On the basis of 21 items in Minnesota Living with Heart Failure Questionnaire （ MLHF）, the authors added 16 items of Chinese medical characteristic related to chronic cardiac failure that been selected by comprehensive literature and experts to form pre-survey scale with 37 items and chose 100 patients with chronic cardiac failure to pre-survey. On the basis of analyzing and summarizing results of pre-survey, the authors expanded the scope to con- sult revise and supplemented opinions from experts to form item pool of test questionnaire including 39 items of MLHF and characteristic items of Chinese medicine, then chose 130 patients with chronic cardiac failure to test investigation. Processed by tendency of dispersion method, subjective assessment method, correlation coefficient method and step- wise regression analysis method, deleted items of low relevance and initially formed Modified MLHF （C-MLHF） including 28 items based on Chinese culture. The C-MLHF, accorded with the life habit of countrymen and developed based on Chinese culture and background of Chinese medicine theory and according to universal programmed way of international scale, has better adaptability to evaluate quality of life of patients with cardiac failure in China.
