摘要
文章应用MD动物肿瘤模型,研究3种不同中药复方制剂,以1%的比例添加饲料,在蛋鸡的育雏阶段饲喂,检测不同日龄雏鸡血清抗氧化指标、免疫指标及细胞因子含量的变化,探讨3种不同中药复方制剂对不同日龄雏鸡的抗病毒能力和免疫功能的影响。结果表明,与对照组相比,饲料中添加中药复方制剂,可降低雏鸡MD的发病率和死亡率;在21日龄、35日龄和42日龄,添加中药复方各组,鸡血清中T-SOD活性均显著(P<0.05)或极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),MDA含量显著低于(P<0.05)或极显著低于对照组(P<0.01);添加中药复方制剂二、三组的鸡血清中白细胞介素2(IL-2)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)和干扰素γ(IFN-γ)的含量均显著(P<0.05)或极显著(P<0.01)高于对照组,以中药复方三的作用效果最好。研究结果表明,在蛋鸡育雏阶段使用本研究的3种复方制剂,在一定程度上,可以通过提高机体抗氧化能力及增强机体免疫功能,降低病毒感染对动物机体造成的损伤,而以中药复方制剂3的作用效果最佳。
Three kinds of Chinese herbal compound recipe(CHCR-Ⅰ, CHCR-Ⅰ Ⅱ, CHCR-Ⅲ) areadded in feed as additive in order to investigate the effect of CHCR on anti-virus and regulating im-munologic function to MD-infected chick. Antioxidation and immunologic functions were determinedby measuring serum indicators during period of different age in days in MD disease model chick. Com-pared with the control group, the results reveal that both disease rate and mortality rate of treat groupsare decreased. And T-SOD activity of the treat groups are increased significantly(P〈0.05) or very sig-nificantly(P〈0.01) in 21 d, 35 d and 42 d respectively. MDA level of the treat groups are decreasedsignificantly(P〈0.05) or very significantly(P〈0.01) in 21 d, 35 d and 42 d respectively. The factors ofIL-2, TNF-α and IFN-γ level are up regulated significantly(P〈0.05) or very significantly(P〈0.01) byfeeding CHCR Ⅱ and CHCR Ⅲ. The effect of CHCR-Ⅲ on anti-virus and regulating immunologicfunction is the best one among three kinds of CHCR. The result shows that CHCR can up regulate an-tioxidation and immunologic function of chick to prevent damage from virus infection. The best choiceis CHCR-Ⅲ.
