饲喂水平对道寒杂交母羊妊娠期消化代谢的影响 被引量:3

摘要 文章旨在研究饲喂水平对道寒杂交母羊妊娠期营养物质消化代谢的影响。选择24只体重60 kg左右的道寒杂交1代经产母羊,随机分3组,自由采食组、80%限饲组、60%限饲组,按NRC(2007)饲养标准设计日粮,在妊娠第60 d和120 d进行消化代谢和呼吸测热试验。结果表明:1随饲喂水平降低,粪氮、粪能、尿能、甲烷能呈降低趋势,其中,粪氮、粪能在妊娠前期自由采食组与60%限饲组间差异显著(P<0.05)。2随饲喂水平降低,氮沉积、氮沉积/食入氮下降,消化能、代谢能呈升高趋势,但各组间差异不显著(P>0.05)。3随饲喂水平降低,总能消化率、总能代谢率、消化能代谢率呈升高趋势,但各组间差异不显著(P>0.05)。饲喂水平影响妊娠母羊营养物质的消化吸收、甲烷的排放以及能量的代谢。 This experiment aimed to determine the digestion and metabolism situation of nutrients with different feeding levels in pregnant polled dorset × small tailed han sheep crossbred ewes. 24 ewes about 60 kg with reproduction experience were randomly divided into 3 groups (free feed intake, 80% feed restriction, 60% feed restriction) and diets were designed by the NRC raising standard. The me- tabolism and respiratory calorimetry were measured respectively on 60 d and 120 d of the gestation pe- riod. The result showed that ① nitrogen and total energy in manure, total energy in urine, and meth- ane energy were reduced with the feeding level decreasing. Nitrogen and total energy in manure were showed significant difference between the free feed intake and 60% feed restriction during pregnancy (P〈0.05). ② With the feeding level decreasing, the nitrogen retention, nitrogen retention/nitrogen in- take reduced, the digestible energy and metabolism energy increased but showed no significant differ- ence between the three groups (P〉0.05).③ With the feeding level decreasing, total digestion rate, total energy metabolic rate, and digestible energy metabolic rate were all increased but were not significant- ly different(P〉0.05). The feeding level can affect the digestion and absorption of nutrients, methane emissions and energy metabolism in the both period of gestation.
