正丙醇分离蛋氨酸铬中无机铬的研究

摘要 文章开发了评估蛋氨酸铬品质的有效方法,即利用无机铬能溶于正丙醇而蛋氨酸铬不能溶于正丙醇的原理,采用正丙醇将蛋氨酸铬中游离铬分离出来,测得的游离铬占总铬含量的比例即能很好反映蛋氨酸铬的螯合程度。此方法对高含量蛋氨酸原粉和低含量的成品都有效,不过对于低含量多矿中的蛋氨酸铬,需控制好合适称样量。 An effective method of aassessing the quality of chromium methionine was reported. Based on the theory that inorganic chromium can dissovle in n-propanol but not organic chromium, the uncombined chromium in chromium methionine can be extracted by nropanol. The ratio of free chromium to total chromium could reflet chelation degree. Both high content chromium methionine raw material and low content final products could be measured through this method,whereas to the low content mixed feeds, appropriate sufficient weight for measureing is necessary.
