摘要
针对某饲料厂的控制系统改造,对原有PLC系统进行分析,实现了各车间PLC的通讯及其与上位机之间的网络搭建。结合Profibus-DP通讯协议,利用Step7等软件实现的Siemens S7-300与OMRON CP1H通讯的软件设计方法及具体实现过程值得在其他领域推广。
Aiming at the transformation for a feed mill system, the original PLC syetem was analyzed, the workshop achieved the communication among PLCs and between PLC and PC. Combined with the Profibus-DP communication protocol, the software design methods and specific implementation process, communicating Siemens S7-300 with OMRON CP1H, is worth to promote in the other areas.
