摘要
试验旨在研究小麦制酒精废水生产沼气后沼渣对鸡的营养价值。同时选用12只(2.26±0.09)kg成年皖南三黄蛋鸡,随机分为2个处理,每个处理6个重复,每个重复1只鸡。处理一饲喂基础日粮,处理二饲喂80%基础日粮+20%小麦制酒精废水生产沼气后沼渣,采用全收粪法-套算法测定粗蛋白质表观代谢率以及表观代谢能值,并测定小麦制酒精废水生产沼气后沼渣常规成分及氨基酸含量。结果表明,沼渣中粗脂肪、粗蛋白、粗纤维、Ca和P含量分别为5.17%、52.61%、2.02%、1.18%和1.02%;各氨基酸含量分别为精氨酸1.93%、组氨酸0.76%、异亮氨酸2.11%、亮氨酸3.29%、赖氨酸2.15%、蛋氨酸1.19%、胱氨酸0.83%、苯丙氨酸1.94%、酪氨酸2.04%、苏氨酸2.23%、色氨酸0.30%、缬氨酸2.35%、天冬氨酸4.26%、丝氨酸1.68%、谷氨酸4.84%、甘氨酸1.98%、丙氨酸2.71%、脯氨酸1.52%;代谢能为10.26 MJ/kg;粗蛋白质代谢率为42.77%,可利用粗蛋白质含量为20.50%。由此可见,小麦制酒精废水生产沼气后沼渣可用作蛋鸡的蛋白质饲料原料。
This experiment was conducted to investigate the nutritional value of residue from biogas production by wheat-alcohol methane digester effluent. 12 Wannan Sanhuang laying hens were allocated to two treatment randomly(six replicates of one chick per treatment) .The chicks of Exp. 1 are fed with basic diet, while chicks of Exp.2 are fed with 80% basic diet and 20% biogas residue. Traditional digestive rate calculating method was used to determine the apparent metabolism rate(AMR) of crude protein, apparent metabolizable energy(AME), the conventional composition and content of amino acid of biogas residue. The content of ether extract (EE), crude protein(CP), crude fiber(CF),Ca,P in biogas residue is 5.17%, 52.61%, 2.02%, 1.18%, 1.02%, respectively. The content of amino acid is Arg 1.93%, His 0.76%, lie 2.11%, Leu 3.29%, Lys 2.15%, Met 1.19%, Cys 0.83%,Phe 1.94%, Tyr 2.04%, Thr 2.23%, Try 0.30%, Val 2.35%, Asp 4.26%, Ser 1.68%, Glu 4.84%, Gly 1.98%, Ala 2.71%, Pro 1.52%, respectively. AME is 10.26 MJ/kg, AMR of CP is 42.77%, the content of available CP is 20.50%. It was concluded that residue from biogas production by wheat-alcohol methane digester effluent have a higher nutritional value on lay- ing hens.
