农业产业化国家重点龙头企业中饲料企业的技术创新能力评价指标体系研究

Technological innovation appraisal system of feed leading enterprises in agricultural industrialization

技术创新是在农业产业化龙头企业的发展中具有“桥梁”式作用，这一桥梁作用对于农业产业化龙头企业中的饲料企业同样适用。饲料行业在中国来说是一个起步比较晚的行业，在改革开放以后才逐渐兴起和发展起来，随着改革开放政策的确立和深入推行，饲料行业也经历了从无到有，从小到大的发展过程。国家重点饲料龙头企业一直在农业产业化国家重点龙头企业中所占的比例较低，近几年来，随着配方饲料价格的不断上涨，饲料企业的利润率持续走低。因此，依靠技术创新来实现企业经营利润，增强企业竞争力成为了当下饲料企业获得持续发展动力的重要途径。文章在参考国内外相关文献研究的基础上，以国家农业产业化重点龙头企业中饲料企业2010～2014年企业发展数据为样本构建起农业产业化国家重点饲料龙头企业技术创新评价指标体系。研究结果表明：农业产业化国家重点龙头企业中饲料龙头企业技术的创新综合能力总体呈上升趋势，但会随投入、经济、技术等因子的增减变化而波动。

Feed industry in China is an industry started relatively late, in emerging and developed only af- ter the reform and open policy, along with the establishment and in-depth of the implementation of the reform and opening-up policy, feed industry has experienced from scratch, since the childhood development process. Feed national key leading enterprises in agricultural industrialization national key leading enterprise in the proportion is low, in recent years, along with the formula feed prices continue to rise, the profit margin of the feed enterprises falling. Therefore, rely on technological innovation to realize the enterprise operation profit, the enhancement enterprise competitiveness has become the important way of the feed enterprise sustainable development power. In this paper, based on the reference of related literature at home and abroad research, with agricultural industrialization national key leading enterprise in the feed enterprises in 2010-2014 enterprise development data for sample build up agricultural industrialization national key leading enterprise technological innovation evaluation index system of feed. The results show that the feed leading enterprises in agricultural industrialization national key leading enterprise technology innovation comprehensive ability in general is on the rise, but with investment, economy, technology and other factors change.
