摘要
舟山市六横日产10×10^4 t海水淡化工程Ⅰ期采用溶解矿物质贝壳作为填料,用来矿化处理经反渗透后的海水,满足出水水质达到生活饮用水卫生标准的求。贝壳填料布置呈上小下大的形式,结合由下向上的进水工艺,使得出水水质达到生活饮水卫生标准且工艺效果优于普通的石灰石填料。采用贝壳填料,每次补充584 t,可节省66.5万元,经济性十分明显。
A seawater desalination project in Zhoushan uses dissolved minerals shells as filler for mineralizing the seawater from reverse osmosis, in order to meet drinking water sanitary standard. Shell filler is arranged at thenext big- small form, with water from the bottom up process, to make the effluent quality meet drinking water sanitary standard. What's more, the technical effect is better than that of ordinary limestone filler. Using shell filler, it needs to add 584 t every time and can save ¥665 thousand. Therefore, the economy is fairly obvious.
