舒利迭与孟鲁司特联用对咳嗽变异性哮喘患者的疗效观察

Clinical observation of therapeutic effects of seretide plus montelukast on patients with cough variant asthma

目的:探讨舒利迭与孟鲁司特联用对咳嗽变异性哮喘(CVA)患者的价值。方法:96例CVA患者采用随机数字表随机分为观察组和对照组,每组48例,其中观察组采用舒利迭联合孟鲁司特治疗,而对照组仅用舒利迭治疗,疗程均为8周。评价比较2组临床疗效,观察2组治疗前后临床症状、肺功能等指标及不良反应。随访6个月分别观察其复发率。结果:治疗8周后观察组总有效率为95.8%(46/48)高于对照组的83.3%(40/48)(P<0.05);治疗后观察组咳嗽缓解及消失时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);治疗8周后2组肺功能均改善(P<0.05),观察组改善更明显(P<0.05)。治疗期间观察组不良反应率为12.5%(6/48)高于对照组的6.3%(3/48)(P>0.05)。随访6个月后疾病复发率观察组为4.3%(2/46)低于对照组的22.5%(9/40)(P<0.05)。结论:对于CVA患者,舒利迭联合孟鲁司特治疗CVA有效,可以改善患者临床症状和肺功能,且不良反应少,复发率低。

OBJECTIVE To investigate effects of seretide plus montelukast on patients with cough variant asthma（CVA）.METHODS By using a table of random number,96 patients with CVA were divided into observation group and control group with 48 patients in each group.Patients in observation group received seretide plus montelukast,patients in control group received seretide.All patients were treated for 8 weeks.Therapeutic effects of 2 groups were evaluated,clinical features,lung function and adverse reactions were observed before and after treatment.Two groups were followed up for 6 months to observe recurrence.RESULTS After 8 weeks of treatment,in observation group,total clinical effective rate was 95.8%（46/48）,higher than that of control group（83.3%,40/48）（P〈0.05）,and relief and the disappearance times of cough were shorter in observation group than in control group（P〈0.05）.Lung functions of 2 groups were improved after treatment（P〈0.05）,but more obvious in observation group（P〈0.05）.Rate of adverse reaction was 12.5%（6/48）in observation group and6.3%（3/48）in control group（P〈0.05）.Six months later,recurrence rate was 4.3%（2/46）in observation group and 22.5%（9/40）in control group（P〈0.05）.CONCLUSION For patients with CVA,seretide plus montelukast is effective,can alleviate clinical symptoms and improve lung functions with less untoward effects and low recurrence rate.
