摘要
由于天然气发电成本居高不下,使得其应用的经济性较差,但天然气发电作为清洁能源,兼具污染小、运行灵活、系统经济性好等特点,且在应用于分布式发电时,既可实现能源的梯级利用,提高能源利用效率,又可以对系统的安全稳定起到积极的作用。然而目前天然气分布式能源的价值并没有得到很好的体现,这是制约天然气这一清洁高效能源规模化推广的重要因素。针对这种情况,提出以综合价值来量化分析天然气分布式能源站的总体效益水平。文中首先分析了天然气分布式能源站的价值指标,并在此基础上建立基于价值链构成的天然气分布式能源站综合价值模型。该模型从分布式能源站自身、电力系统、用户及社会环境多角度剖析了燃机发电的价值。通过对某天然气分布式能源站的算例分析表明,综合价值模型能更全面、真实地衡量天然气分布式能源站的价值,从而为能源站的规模化推广提供依据和参考。
The economics of natural gas power generation is poor due to its high cost. But as a kind of clean energy, gas power has such advantages as low pollution, flexible operation, and good economy of the system. In addition, distributed gas power can not only realize cascade utilization of energy to improve energy efficiency, but also play an active role in security and stability of the system. However. at present, the value of distributed gas energy is not well reflected, which is an important factor that restricts the popularization of natural gas, the clean and efficient energy. In view of this situation, the comprehensive value is proposed to make quantitative analysis on the overall benefit level of the natural gas distributed energy station. Based on an analysis of value indexes of the station, an integrated value model of natural gas distributed energy station is established based on the value chain. The model analyzes the value of gas turbine power generation from multiple angles such as the station itself, the power system, the user and social environment. An example analysis of a natural gas distributed energy station shows that the integrated value model can measure the value of natural gas distributed energy station more thoroughly and truly, thus providing basis and reference for large-scale promotion of an energy station.
