摘要
笔者运用非期望产出SBM模型测算工业环境效率,利用EKC曲线分析了工业环境效率与规制力度间的非线性关系。研究表明:我国工业环境效率总体水平仍然较低,全国及东中西部的EKC都为N型,而东北地区的则为倒N型,且各个区域在EKC上所处阶段和发展态势均有所不同,全国、东、中部目前处于EKC下降阶段并向第2个上升阶段发展,西部仍处于第1个上升阶段,有向下降阶段发展的态势,东北地区目前正处于倒N型的上升阶段。
This paper estimated industrial environmental efficiency through SBM,studied the nonlinear relationship between environmental efficiency and regulation by EKC model. Results show that China's industrial environmental efficiency is still low; Central and Western EKC are all N-type,while Northeastern is inverted N-type,what's more,the EKC stage and development trend is different between regions: Eastern and Central Region are currently in the downward phase of EKC,stepping into the second stage of rise; Western Region is still in the first rising stage,stepping into the downward trend; Northeastern Region is currently in the rising stage of inverted N-type EKC.
