摘要 针对某微型客车推力杆安装板开裂问题,采用有限元对推力杆安装板的各种情况进行应力云图分析,并对推力杆进行力学分析和工艺分析,发现推力杆总成螺栓受力不均、推力杆安装板和纵梁存在面差。针对这两方面原因,提出增加L型板、改进焊接定位工艺、替换凸焊螺母及螺栓规格等方案,解决了安装板开裂问题,避免故障发生。 For the cracking problem of track bar mounting plate of one microbus,the stress nephogram analysis was made for track bar mounting plate in different situations based on the finite element method. The stress analysis and process analysis were done and it was found that there was uneven stress on assembly bolts and the thrust bar mounting plate and the longitudinal surface were not in a plane. For these two reasons,L plate was increased,welding positioning process was improved,the projection welding nut and bolt specification were replaced,which solved cracking problem of the mounting plate and avoided fault occurrence.
