耕作措施与植物生长调节剂对膜下滴灌棉花生长特性及产量的影响 被引量:5

Effect of Tillage Measures and Plant Growth Regulators on Growth Characteristics and Yield of Cotton under Mulched Drip Irrigation

摘要 通过大田试验,研究了耕作措施与植物生长调节剂对棉花生长发育及产量的影响,试验设计了4个处理(CT1:浅耕-叶面喷施缩节胺,CT2:浅耕-随水滴施多效唑,CT3:深耕-叶面喷缩节胺,CT4:深耕-随水滴施多效唑)。结果表明,在相同的耕作措施下,与叶面喷施缩节胺相比,生育期随水滴施多效唑更有利于棉花的生长发育,生育期保持了适宜范围的LAI,促进了棉花SPAD的增加,光合物质积累量高,产量得到提升。在相同的植物生长调节剂下,深耕较浅耕棉花植株健壮,根系发育强且地上部分干物质积累量高,产量得到一定程度提升。综合分析,CT4处理棉花生育期较CT1处理、CT2处理和CT3处理均提前,塑造了良好的冠层结构,LAI大小适宜,在生育后期保持了较高的SPAD,提高了光合物质积累在生殖器官的分配率,具有较高的单株有效铃数、单铃质量和衣分率,产量达到6 803.74kg/hm^2,较CT1处理、CT2处理和CT3处理分别提高了13.44%、9.37%和6.49%。 Field exprements were conducted to ascertain the effect of tillage measures and plant growth regulator on growth characteristics and yield of cotton,and four treatments were set up(CT1:shallow tillagespray DPC on leaf surface,CT2:shallow tillage-applied PP_(333) with drip irrigation,CT3:deep tillage-spray DPC on leaf surface,CT4:deep tillage-applied PP_(333) with drip irrigation).Results showed that cotton under treatment of applied PP_(333) with drip irrigation were growing better than the treatment of spray DPC on leaf surface under the same tillage measures,cotton LAI was kept in suitable range,SPADvalue and the accumulation of photosynthetic material were high,so yield was conducived.Under the same plant growth regulator,the effect of deep tillage on the growth of cotton plant and roots were better than shallow tillage,the accumulation of dry matter was high,and yield of cotton was improved in a certain.According to the comprehensive analysis,the growth period of CT4 treatment was earlier than the other treatments,the canopy structure of CT4 treatment was reasonable,the LAI was appropriated,the value of SPAD was also higher in late growth stage,the distribution rates of photosynthetic matter accumulation in reproductive organ increased,boll number per plant and single boll weight and lint button percent of cotton were improved,and yield came to 6 803.74kg/hm^2,increasing by 13.44%,9.37% and 6.49% compared to the treatments of CT1,CT2,CT3 treatment respectively.
