摘要
以9.42L圆柱体模型为例,使用CFD技术对进口流量1.425m^3/h和0.71m^3/h时的施肥罐质量浓度衰减规律进行了模拟研究,并与前人理论比较,初步探讨了CFD技术在压差施肥罐质量浓度衰减研究中的可行性。结果显示:质量浓度衰减过程与封俊等理论公式的计算结果基本一致,模拟得出的施肥结束时间与阿莫斯·泰奇经验公式偏差仅3%左右,压差施肥罐浓度衰减研究中使用CFD模拟是可行的。
In order to verify the feasibility of the application of CFD simulation technology on the research of concentration decay law of the pressure-fertilizer tank,taking a cylinder model whose volume was9.42 Lfor example,a simulation study was carried out under the different inlet flows of 1.425m^3/h and0.71m^3/h.The results showed that the concentration decay process calculated by CFD model was basically consistent with the theoretical formula set by Feng Jun.Compared with the Amos Teitch empirical formula,the simulation fertilization end time was only about 3% deviations.So,the concentration decay law of the pressure-fertilizer tank could be studied using CFD technology.
