甘地胶囊辅助治疗糖尿病肾病的疗效观察

Efficacy Observation of Adjunctive Treatment of Gandi Capsules for Diabetic Nephropathy

目的：观察甘地胶囊辅助治疗糖尿病肾病的疗效及不良反应。方法：41例糖尿病肾病患者按随机数字表法分为对照组20例和试验组21例。两组患者均采用常规糖尿病治疗方案,且采用糖尿病饮食。在此基础上,对照组患者加服安慰剂,每次3粒,tid;试验组患者加服甘地胶囊,每次3粒,tid。2个月为1个疗程,两组均治疗3个疗程。比较两组患者治疗前后血糖、24 h尿微量白蛋白定量、肝肾功能、血脂、血常规等各项指标。结果：治疗4个月后,试验组患者的临床疗效优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;治疗6个月后,两组患者的血总蛋白和白蛋白水平明显提高,与治疗前比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,但组间比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;治疗后两组患者血脂水平均有降低,但与治疗前及组间比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;虽然治疗后试验组患者的空腹血糖水平略微升高,但是餐后2 h血糖以及反映2~3周平均血糖水平的Hb A1c有所下降,且与治疗前及对照组比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。两组患者不良反应比较,差异无统计学差异（P〉0.05）。结论：甘地胶囊辅助治疗糖尿病肾病疗效较好,且未见明显不良反应。

OBJECTIVE：To observe therapeutic efficacy and ADR of Gandi capsule for diabetic nephropathy.METHODS：41patients with diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into control group（20 cases）and trial group（21 cases）.Both group received routine diabetes therapy scheme and diabetic diet.Based on this,control group was additionally given placebo,3 pills/time,tid;trial group was additionally given Gandi capsules,3 pills/time,tid.A treatment course lasted for 2 months,and all of them received 3 courses of treatment.Plasma glucose,24 h urine micro albumin quantity,liver/renal function,lipids and routine blood test were compared between 2 groups before and after treatment.RESULTS：After 4 months of treatment,clinical efficacy of trial group was better than that of control group,with statistical significance（P〈0.05）;after 6 months of treatment,total protein and albumin in blood increased in 2 groups,there was statistical significance,compared with before treatment（P〈0.05）;but there was no statistical significance between 2 groups（P〉0.05）;blood lipid of 2 groups decreased after treatment,there was no statistical significance,compared with before treatment and between 2 groups（P〉0.05）;fasting blood glucose of trial group increased slightly after treatment,but postprandial 2 h blood glucose Hb A1c（reflecting 2-3 weeks average blood glucose）decreased,there was no statistical significance,compared with before treatment and control group（P〉0.05）.there was no statistical significance between 2 groups（P〉0.05）.CONCLUSIONS：Adjunctive treatment of Gandi capsule is effective for diabetic nephropathy without obvious ADR.
