集体林权制度改革在加快林业现代化建设中发挥重要作用。文章介绍了莱阳市积极推进林权改革,在林业合作社、森林保险、金融支持、林业产业、林权流转等方面取得的成绩,分析了当前开展集体林业综合改革工作存在的困难和问题,提出解决这些问题及下一步如何推进的对策建议。

The collective forest right system reform play an important role in speeding up forestry modernization. This paper introduces Laiyang city actively promote the reform of forest rights, the achievements in forestry, forest insurance cooperatives, financial support, forestry industry and forest right circulation, analyzed the current difficulties and problems existing in reform of collective forestry comprehensive work, put forward to solve these problems and countermeasures of how to proceed next.
