自开展集体林业综合改革试验示范区试点工作以来,赞皇县立足本地实际,不断深化集体林权制度改革,破解制约林业发展的瓶颈。通过大力推进林权流转,引进工商资本开展规模造林进行大胆尝试,激活林地资源,激发干部群众造林绿化内生动力,认真实践"三最"梦想,努力将赞皇建成河北最大的经济林基地、河北最绿的地方,河北最美的地方。
