摘要
对"2014中国大学教师调查"开放题回答内容的文本分析发现,中国大学教师群体的关注点主要集中在考评体系、大学行政化、工资待遇和教师素养上。目前来看,大学管理部门的行政思维妨碍了教师的自由发展;机械的考评体系使教师难以聚焦到真正的发展上;中西部地区及普通本科院校收入水平的相对偏低让教师发展缺乏保障;人事管理的急功近利倒逼教师不重视其长线发展。上述已成为妨碍大学教师全面发展的四道藩篱。
Text analysis of open questions in questionnaire on the development of Chinese university faculty indicates that Chinese university faculty pay more attention on evaluation system, university administration,working wages and faculty qualities. For now, flinty administration cogitation hinders the free development of faculty. Acrimonious appraisal system makes it difficult to focus faculty on genuine development. Faculty income,especially in Central and Western and in ordinary undergraduate colleges and universities, is relatively low, which makes the development of faculty lack of security. Profit-oriented personnel management promotes faculty do not attach importance to the long-term development. The above four barriers have become impediments to Chinese faculty development.
