江苏“城市病”的防范与治理途径研究

On Ways to the Prevention and Control of Urban Disease in Jiangsu Province

江苏省已进入快速城市化发展阶段,人口膨胀、交通拥堵、环境恶化、住房紧张等各种"城市病"也逐渐表现出来。分析江苏"城市病"的主要根源,结合江苏省城市化发展的目标,提出确定苏南苏北不同的城市发展方向,构建以城市群为主体形态的城镇体系,发挥规划的调控作用,加快城市基础设施建设,构建可持续化发展的城市生态经济等防范与治理江苏"城市病"的主要途径,以推动江苏省的城市化发展走上健康之路。

With the rapid development of urbanization in Jiangsu province, some urban problems, such as population expansion, traffic congestion, environmental degradation, housing shortage emerge gradually. This paper analyzes the main causes of these problems and, combined with the aim of Jiangsu urbanization, puts forward some proposals, such as, orienting the development of different cities in north and south of Jiangsu province, constructing an urban system of city blocks, making use of the planning control, speeding up the infrastructure construction and building a sustained-development urban ecological economy, to promote the healthy urbanization of Jiangsu province.
