摘要
在全球化背景下,随着经济社会发展变化,领导者面临新挑战,国际领导人才培训在战略定位、培训理念、体制机制、内容方式和师资建设方面,呈现出一些新趋势。在此过程中,中国干部教育培训开展了有益的探索和实践,在资源整合、开门开放办学、方式方法创新、国际性建设等方面,创造了许多行之有效的做法。把握国际化背景下领导人才培训的新趋势和新变化,以及中国干部教育的创新实践,对于做好教育干部培训工作意义重大。
In the context of globalization and against the background of social and economic developments, university leaders now face new challenges. There are some new trends of international leadership training in such aspects as strategic positioning, training ideas, systems and mechanisms, contents and methods, and faculty-building. During the training process, by carrying out useful explorations and practices, China's cadre education and training has created many effective measures in resource integration, open education, innovative training and international construction. To further improve cadre education and training, there need to be beneficial references and inspirations to be learned by recognizing the new trends and changes of leadership training in the context of internationalization as well as the innovative practices of China cadre education.
