摘要
神经系统损伤是所有人群面临的一个严峻的公共健康问题。近年来,神经仿生支架成为神经修复研究的热点,新兴的三维打印技术为仿生支架制造带来了革新。本文探讨适合神经再生的结构与材料,就三维打印技术两大核心内容——支架结构设计与材料选择在神经修复领域的应用进行综述,以期为神经修复提供新的思路。
Nervous system injury is a serious public health problem for all the people. In recent years, the research on nerve bionic scaffold has become a hot point. The new three dimensional (3D) printing technology has lead to the innovation of bionic scaffold. This article discussed the structure and material of nerve regeneration, and reviewed the application of scaffold structure design and material selection which are two core content of 3D printing technology, so as to provide a new way of nerve repair.
