城镇化背景下安徽省发展家庭农场问题的SWOT分析

SWOT Analysis on the Development of Family Farm in Anhui Province Under the Urbanization

利用SWOT方法对安徽省发展家庭农场问题进行了分析,结果表明:国家扶持政策及城镇化的发展为安徽省家庭农场的发展提供了新的机遇,但同时安徽省家庭农场发展存在着家庭农场主素质不高、资金不足及农业基础设施落后等制约因素。最后,提出了加快社会化服务体系建设、搭建土地流转平台、改革农业补贴方式、建立新型农业经营体系等支持安徽省家庭农场发展的对策建议。

It is necessary to develop family farm in AnHui Province under urbanization for speeding up the transformation of agricultural developing model, safeguarding the food security and enhancing the quality of agricultural products. This article analyzes the problem of developing family farm in Anhui Province using SWOT method, results showed that, national supporting policy and the rapidly advancing of urbanization in China provide new opportunities for the development of family farms in Anhui Province. At the same time, there are some constraints such as low cultural level of family farmers, lack of funds and backward agricultural infrastructure. At last, many countermeasures have been put up with to develop family farms in Anhui Province such as constructing socialized service system, establishing platform of rural land circulation, reforming agricultural subsidy method, cultivating new agricultural management system.
