本文对1996年—2010年定西市国民生产总值、社会销售品零售总额和城镇居民人均可支配收入、农村人均纯收入等经济指标进行分析。认为定西市在15年的经济增长中存在着贫困化增长。定西市应通过生产的区域专业化、有效的外部资本利用、人力资本的积累等,形成产业内及产业间的需求效应,是破解贫困化增长的有效途径。

It was analyzed that GNP total social retail sales of goods and per capita disposable income of urban residents and rural per capita net income and other economic indicators from 1996 to 2010 of Dingxi city. We think there is an increase in the impoverishment of 15 years of economic growth. Dingxi City area of specialization should be adopted and effective use of external capital, accumulation of human capital, the formation of the demand effect within the industry and between industries, is an effective way to break the growing impoverishment.
