中晚唐神策中尉制下宦官专权的原因

The reasons of Monopolized Power of the Eunuch under the Palace Commandantprotectors System(神策护军中尉制) in the Middle and Late Tang Dynasty

中晚唐神策中尉制下宦官集团能够左右朝政、权势凌驾于君主之上的原因,大致有五点:一是以中尉为首的宦官集团掌握了以神策军为首的北门十军,这是中晚唐宦官权势能够相对独立于皇权之外的根本原因,二是监军制度在方镇中的全面推行,三是"迷龙术",四是君主对宦官具有极强的信赖心理,五是宦官世家的形成。

There were five reasons why the eunuch could grab the power. The third one was the eunuch pushed Milongshu （迷龙术）. The fourth one was the emperor trusted the Eunuchs so much. The last one was there were many eunuch families.
