摘要
"职业高原"问题在新建本科高校党务工作者队伍中表现突出,笔者总结了"职业高原"问题的三大主要表现,从掌握工作标准、配强人手、考核激励和政策保障四个角度深入分析了"职业高原"问题的产生原因,最后从学校层面和党务工作者个人角度提出了六项政策建议。
The problem of ＂career plateau＂ appears evident among Party affairs workers in newly built undergraduate colleges and universities.The author summarizes three main manifestations of ＂career plateau＂, deeply analysizes the cause of the problem of ＂career plateau＂ from the four aspacts of mastering working standard, distributing staff, principle of assess, policy guarantee, and finally gives six policy suggestions from the school and individual standpoint.
