增强中国经济学的理论自信

习近平总书记要求建设中国自己的、系统的经济学说，构建中国经济学的话语体系，这是中国经济学工作者义不容辞的责任。现在中国的实践走在理论的前面，提出很多的问题，急切地希望我们从历史和客观实践的需要出发作出回答。西方人最怕中国人没有按照西方理论做的前提下取得实践上的成功，而我们恰恰正是如此。
