摘要
目的评价医院内综合性健康教育对家长关于听力筛查知信行的干预效果。方法采用社区实验研究方法,以孕产妇为研究对象,分别在健康教育前后进行问卷调查。以门诊医务人员的宣教、发放宣传资料、医院宣教展板、医院电子屏幕、举办孕妇学校知识讲座及入院待产期间的宣教共6种形式进行综合性健康教育;比较健康教育前后家长对新生儿听力筛查的认知度和接受度。结果经健康教育后听力筛查相关知识总分提高率为81.1%,且前后差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001);家长对新生儿听力筛查的重要性、必要性、参与的积极性以及对初筛结果和复查随访的接受度均显著提高,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合性健康教育有利于提高家长对新生儿听力筛查的认知度和接受度,能改变其态度和行为,有助于新生儿听力筛查工作的顺利开展。
Objective To evaluate the intervention effect of comprehensive health education in hospitals on parents' knowledge, attitude, and behavior about neonatal hearing screening. Methods Community experimental research method was used to select the pregnant women as research object, questionnaire survey was conducted before and after health education. Comprehensive health education was conducted by means of medical personnel education, distributing promotional materials, panels of propaganda and education in hospital, electronic screen in hospital, holding pregnant women school lectures, and health education propaganda before delivery. Results The increase rate of total score of knowledge related to hearing screening after health education was 81.1% , there was statistically significant difference before and after health education (P〈0.001) . The importance, necessity, participation enthuSiasm, acceptance of results of primary screening and secondary screening of the parents to neonatal hearing screening were improved significantly, there were statistically significant difference (P〈0. 05) . Conclusion Comprehensive health education can improve the cognition and acceptance of parents to neonatal hearing screening, change their attitude and behaviors, which is helpful for smooth implementation of neonatal hearing screening.
