摘要
目的了解子宫内膜异位症患者对健康教育的需求情况,为开展具有针对性的健康教育提供依据。方法采用自行设计问卷对住院的120例内膜异位症患者进行健康教育需求调查与分析。结果 100.0%患者认为有必要实施健康教育;患者对疾病的认知情况方面:非常了解占5.8%,了解一些占28.3%,根本不了解占65.8%;最佳健康教育者方面:医生占81.7%是患者最希望的健康教育人员,而护士占18.3%;对健康教育内容需求排名前3位的分别是手术相关知识占100.0%,术后康复指导占94.2%和用药相关知识占90.0%;对健康教育方式需求排名前3位的分别是医护个别指导占93.3%,健康教育讲座占90.0%和健康教育宣传册占85.0%。结论子宫内膜异位症患者的疾病相关知识有待提高,健康教育需求具有多样性,应根据患者需求开展有针对性的健康教育。
Objective To understand the health education ueeds of patients with endometriosis, provide a basis for conducting crrcsponding health education. Methods A self-designed questionnaire was applied to investigate and analyze health education needs of 120 hospitalized patients with endometriosis. Results All the patients considered that health education was necessary. Cognitive aspects of the disease: 5.8% of the patients knew well about the disease, 28.3% of the patients knew something, and 65.8% of the patients did not know about the disease. Best heahh educators aspect: 81.7% of the patients wanted to acquire health education from doctors, and 18.3% of the patients wanted to acquire health education from nurses; the top three needs of health education content were surgery-related knowledge ( 100. 0% ), postoperative rehabilitation guidance (94. 2% ) , and drug-related knowledge (90. 0% ) ; the top three needs of health educa- tion ways were individually guided educatioH by doctors and nurses (93.3 % ), health education lectures (90. 0% ), and health edueation brochures (85.0%) . Conclusion The disease-related knowledge among patients with endometriosis needs to be improved, heaalth education needs are diversified, health edueation should be conducted targeting to the patients.
