建筑施工企业BIM应用影响因素的研究

近年来,BIM在施工企业中的应用随着信息技术的飞速发展也得到了迅速推广,越来越被施工企业所重视。但当前还面临着BIM软件功能不完善、BIM技术人员不足、没有统一的标准等诸多问题,需要各方相关人员和企业付出更多的努力来实现BIM在施工企业中的良好应用。本文以影响建筑施工企业应用BIM技术的因素为研究对象,通过调查、分析,采取综合评价的方法,分析探讨了建筑施工企业应用BIM技术的有效途径与策略,以促进BIM技术在建筑施工企业的应用与普及,推动建筑业信息化建设的进程。

In recent years, with the rapid development of information technology, the application of BIM in construction enterprises has been rapidly promoted, it becomes more and more important for construction enterprises. But at present, the software function of BIM is not perfect, the technology personnel is lacking, there is no uniform standard and other problems need the relevant personnel and enterprise to pay more efforts to implement the good application of BIM in construction enterprises. This paper takes the influence factors of the application of BIM technology in construction enterprises as the research object, through the investigation and analysis, and the use of comprehensive evaluation to analyze and discuss the effective way and strategy for construction enterprises to apply BIM technology to promote the application and popularization of BIM technology in construction enterprise and the process of the informatization construction.
