摘要
建设工程项目采取全过程造价管理非常必要。建设单位可以从决策阶段、设计阶段、施工阶段、招投标阶段、结算决算阶段对项目的成本进行控制。本文以北京某学院图书馆项目为例,介绍此项目采取了全过程造价管理后所获得的显著效益,不但成功降低了成本并且获得了良好的工程质量。
It is very necessary for the construction project to use the overall process of cost management. The construction unit can control the project cost from the decision-making stage, design stage, construction stage, bidding stage, settlement and final phase. This paper takes the library project in a Beijing college as an example to introduce the significant benefits of this project after adopting the whole process cost management. It successfully reduces the cost and obtains good engineering quality.
